Executive Assistant

Lorena joined Boudreau and Associates in September 2024. She is responsible for all initial client contact, ensuring that clients contact information, addresses and preferences are updated. File preparation in advance of all client meeting. Managing schedules, booking all teams meetings, fielding all calls and direct client communication. Obtaining Canada Revenue Agency access for our team and providing tax slips for clients and Accountants.

Coordinator of information and events including education sessions to clients and public, and private client events.  Community liaison, for volunteer initiatives and charitable giving events.

Beyond her professional life, Lorena enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with my friends and family. And believes in maintaining a well-rounded lifestyle that fuels both personal and professional growth.
